Studies with complicated and advanced imaging are directed and interpreted by the appropriate Fellows (for example, complex brain MRI’s will be routed to a neuro Fellow and complex abdominal CT’s will go to an abdominal fellow).

Yes, in addition to having the ability to call the radiologist to discuss exam choices, protocols, patient histories as well as interpretation findings, CIRPA can also implement secure instant messaging between your facility and our doctors. CIRPA radiologists are also well versed on technical issues and safety concerns and they will always follow HIPAA privacy and security rules.
Yes, all reports are fully transcribed, saving you time and money.
CIRPA has a complete IT department that will establish/build custom interfaces, PACS/RIS portals, or HL7’s in order to communicate and deliver reports and images back to you and your doctors in real time.
You will have 24/7 access to digital images. You are able to view images and reports through our PACS/RIS portal. You are able to easily access reports in real time to share with your physicians to review with their patients. Historical reports and images are always available and easily accessible.
We offer several billing methods, including fee for service (pay-per-click), global billing, split billing and percentage of collection.
Yes, we can serve as your medical director as well as assist your center with credentialing and billing needs.
CIRPA has a dedicated customer service department that assists our radiologists and your staff in overseeing report delivery. We also have a credentialing department that assists with accrediting, billing, contract issues and credentialing to help maximize your revenues and cash flow.
