Dr. Balch has been with CIRPA since 1985, and currently serves as the practice President. Dr. Balch is a graduate of the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He received his residency training at Scott and White Hospital in Temple, Texas, where he was appointed Chief Resident from 1984 to 1985. Dr. Balch is board certified by the American College of Radiology. He is a member of the Tarrant County Medical Society, Texas Radiological Society, and Radiological Society of North America.
