Jeff Serber joined Consultants in Radiology, P.A. (CIRPA) in 2009 as Chief Financial Officer. In January 2010, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the practice.

Before joining CIRPA, Jeff was Vice President of Finance for Masergy Communications, a worldwide network service provider. At Masergy, he successfully led financing activities providing over $150M of equity and debt capital. He was instrumental in developing the company’s business model, initiating operational processes and establishing strategic relationships to position the company for high revenue growth and profitability. Jeff also held a senior level finance position at Teleplan International, a public company on the DAX (Frankfort) stock exchange, with Revenues in excess of $500M per year. At Teleplan, he led all finance and accounting activities for the PC/Notebook division where he helped increase revenue streams in excess of 50% by restructuring legacy contracts, developing and implementing new business models, and winning new business contracts.

Jeff’s background is in multiple industries including Healthcare, Manufacturing, and high growth Technology companies. Jeff earned his Masters in Business Administration from the University of North Texas in Denton and his Bachelors of Accounting from the University of Denver.
