What are Fellowship Directed Studies?
Studies with complicated and advanced imaging are directed and interpreted by the appropriate Fellows (for example, complex brain MRI’s will be routed to a neuro Fellow and complex abdominal CT’s will go to an abdominal fellow).
In what specialties do CIRPA radiologists have fellowships?
CIRPA's staff of physicians is comprised of board-certified, fellowship-trained radiologists, known for their advanced medical insight and answers. Our physicians hold fellowships in neuroradiology, abdominal imaging, musculoskeletal, MRI, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, as well as vascular and interventional radiology.

Are the reading radiologists easily accessible?

Does CIRPA provide transcribed reports?
Yes, all reports are fully transcribed, saving you time and money.
How do we get our images to CIRPA and reports back?
CIRPA has a complete IT department that will establish/build custom interfaces, PACS/RIS portals, or HL7’s in order to communicate and deliver reports and images back to you and your doctors in real time.
When can we access our images?
You will have 24/7 access to digital images. You are able to view images and reports through our PACS/RIS portal. You are able to easily access reports in real time to share with your physicians to review with their patients. Historical reports and images are always available and easily accessible.
Does CIRPA provide different billing options?
We offer several billing methods including: pay-per-click, global billing, split billing, percentage of collection.
Can CIRPA serve as our medical doctor?
Yes, we can serve as your medical director as well as assist your center with credentialing and billing needs.
What other support can CIRPA offer our center?
CIRPA has a dedicated Teleradiology department that assists our radiologists and your staff in overseeing report delivery. We also have a Credentialing department that assists with accrediting, billing, contract issues and credentialing to help maximize your revenues and cash flow.
